Managing Director & CEO
Jonathan Hibma’s role is to build a corporate platform that inspires exceptional for the benefit of EFFI’s clients, partners, and team. With over 14 years of banking and finance services experience, Jonathan has perviously served in a variety of leadership roles, expanding his expertise within core functions, including relationship development, credit analysis, funding, portfolio management, and managing originations from introduction and discovery. Passionate about working with American business leaders, Jonathan considers it a privilege to play such an integral role in clients’ success. Jonathan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry & Biology.
